RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied please call us or email us to let us know about your return. Please ship the product to be returned with all accessories to return address provided. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and contain all accessories included in original shipment. Your item must have the receipt of proof of purchase, i.e. order confirmation email, print­out from your order history on 3yevolve.com, or copy of original invoice.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.Turnaround
Allow 1-5 business day to process the order and 2-14 days for delivery on free standard ground shipping. All orders are shipped within one business day Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. If Items are in stock we offer Overnight & 2nd Day shipping options as well.

CARRIERS

At this time we only use United Parcel Service (USPS) to deliver our orders.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by USPS, we will update your order with the tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
